Hopefully the vlog format works. With attention spans getting lower, analytics show that people will watch 15 mins or less on “long form” content. I think you need to make it like a show style mixed with vlogs and skits.

I think that “dating around” is part of a larger cultural shift which stems from dating apps which program the brain that there is “always more people to swipe on”. Also, the increasing progressive attitudes towards sexuality has removed rules pertaining to sexual exploration and dating so the result often looks like sexual meandering whereby people view monogamy as an unnecessary restriction towards their sexual freedom.
In general it seems that society has adopted an attitude of quick and easy gratification and a notion that everything must feel good or else it isn’t worth pursuing. So it’s no wonder that when faced with the first REAL and possibly not the most sexy side of a person one is dating, that they are then reminded of the thousands of other “way sexier” people waiting for them to swipe right on them in the app so they can meet and hook up and start dating right up until another unexciting/unsexy/heavy part of that person is exposed. Why deal with that when you can hop on to the next person? This is especially true when you never pushed through that (you were never incentivized to) in order to realize the treasure that lies on the other side.
Not saying monogamy is the right way for everyone, but i do think that we need to reteach society to stick through hardship, to remember that there is a type of beauty found in playing the long hard game that could never be achieved or felt from hopping from one short game to the next. And I do think app designers play an especially important role in designing their products to remind people of that (although alas it doesn’t really align with their financial incentives, but who knows, maybe there is a way to find a balance there).

Greetings Marina, agree that dating apps doesn’t bring out the true nature or intentions (noble) by both parties. Meeting in person albeit over coffee; just chatting on the streets, going for walks would be a better option. Woman approaching men is great, Question about “would a lady date a guy who’s French, Nordic, South American, African or Asian;, most of their responses [via your vlogs] were not so much about from country or they’re from. What matters is the manner of the approach, how he treats her, demonstrates some degree of chivalry (which is absent in this day & age) – stands a better chance. Nationality not so much! A lady taking the trouble to cook for her date is very much appreciated. Question is would a lady welcome a guy cook something for her in return, I’d love to cook. As the saying goes – “A way to a woman’s heart is through her stomach”. Just some takeaways I received from your vlogs. Lastly have a pleasant & productive week ahead!
