I know this message is for me, bc I JUST got off a phone conversation trying to defend myself with this very thing..putting guards up, but still open😒 geez

  • @crymeariver. says:

I’m talking with someone from my past & told him yesterday I’m guarding my heart this time around so the title definitely caught my attention

    • @lifewthcece says:

no seriously i told a long friend of mine that want a relationship with me that im protecting my feelings. And he ask all the time what’s wrong instead of having a conversation with getting to kno me again

  • @fosterjanine5112 says:

The problem in today’s world is a lot of these Narcissistic men are looking to be treated like a lady is crazy. This generation of men wants to be chased by women they expect a woman to take care of herself and them while they give the bare minimum. If he thinks he’s the prize and she needs to work for him and if she’s putting all the effort while he’s low effort the relationship will always be that way. A man is going to put in the amount she expects from him. If she doesn’t expect much he won’t give much but if she set high standards from the beginning he will either rise to meet them or disappear. Listen, if you know you are unwilling to commit then don’t disturb my peace because I don’t have time for meaningless relationships, fake, shallow, supercificial conversations or time wasters! I value authenticity. I have told the truth.

  • @sonyadouglas8565 says:

Healing is so, so, so important! Forgive quickly, more grace! Keep a clean heart! Guard it!

  • @drfabsoonjd says:

Thank you for all the advice. I found my Boaz after I stopped looking. Only God and time could dot it! I will keep watching to check myself too. We are never perfected. I am a work in progress. God is perfecting me until He returns. I can happily admit that

  • @user-fh1tr9zp3l says:

So in essence its much profitable to
GUIDE your heart towards positivity instead of
GUARDING your heart which could also block your blessings
Coach Stephan ive got it thank you
    You were born for this
    And in everything we do
Lets not forget to let go and let GOD

  • @blkr0se says:

I really need to work on flushing out my negative thought pattern. I’m thinking im just protecting myself, but im holding myself back in life. Im an over thinker, and it’s the worst.

  • @GodsObedientChild-Deuteron6262 says:

Almighty LORD please heal my heart. I feel so broke inside 😭but I know GOD the HOLLY SPIRIT is my conforter.

    I was in tears then
I came back to watch it a third time bcs I have serious issue to open up and trust. I thank GOD because this time I listen the video with my Bible open and I checked proverbs 4:23, Matthew 12:34-35, Marc 7: 19-23. With those verses, I understood deeply your last point and practicaly how and from what I should keep my heart from….. thank you very much bro… much love for you and what your are doing for the kingdom of our heavenly FATHER.
This is the true that set me free by breaking down the walls that I made to protect myself and it became my prison. You just set me free from this stronghold praise the LORD GOD Almighty 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.

Our GOD is good all the time!
As you said “with YESHUA the worse day is a blessed day” hope I quote it right 😊

  • @enaalexis92 says:

Hurt is inevitable, that’s a big one, even when I was flat out on the canvas I still managed to drag myself to standing and am still standing 😊❤

  • @tashamack8701 says:

Stepha thank you for this video. I totally agree with you. I was just telling a friend this. He is still hurt over a relationship. Sometimes he is negative. I told just because his relationship did not work doesn’t mean its the end of the world. Your videos have really helped me. I had my heart guarded few years ago. Talking to God, praying, listening your videos, writing down my thoughts help me through. Now I believe in love. Getting hurt made me a stronger person. I let all that hurt go because it was negative energy. I was holding a grudges. Now I am walking with God. I am happy stress free and enjoying life!!!

  • @MX1.1. says:

Thanks for all your advice . — I tapped into my femenine energy, submission, followed your dating advice videos and now I am now getting engaged with the man of my dreams: a masculine, providing, caring and loving man. ❤

    THANK YOU!!!

  • @acegillrobbins6570 says:

I’m on a “fast” right now… 48+ hrs… and it really does clear your head… I feel more positivity coming… I will go as long as I can with this “fast” no end in sight yet… feeling great. I began the fast bc I wasn’t sleeping well…

    • @crzellmer says:

Ooh I love 48 hour fasts. The key is to find something to occupy your mind that is interesting and engaging. Good luck!

  • @cynthiahopper2025 says:

    I love this one❤️❤️❤️
I agree with everything you shared 🫶🏼😉
    Powerful message👏🏼👏🏼💯💯💯

  • @michelenaomi3031 says:

Love this video. However, I am a firm believer that women or men, we must all guard our hearts not only when it comes to romantic relationships but in all circumstances in our daily lives. That scripture is there because God is the only one that knows and knew that each and everyone of us will be hurt at some point in in our lives. Yes I guard my heart all the time and if that creates a wall, then so be it.

  • @lynettemotari says:

Allow me to steal this quote Stephan, When you ate walking with God, even the bad days are blessed days

  • @stellaowusu7423 says:

This has really blessed me. My son acted in a way yesterday that really broke my heart. Thank God for this message. 🙏
