When I was in Latin America I was so confused why everyone cheated and it was all so dramatic and secret :D in Germany we call it an open relationship and do the same and it’s fine but the latins really seem to love the drama and betrayal lol
Brazil is a beautiful country with a lot of color, amazing unbelievable beautiful nature. Learn Portuguese and visit it to make up your own mind, it's worth it! I am talking based on my personal experience.
As a brazilian girl from the south, I avoid stepping in Rio at all costs.
I’m a Brazilian guy from Rio(24yo) and can definitely say that this is not true principally for men.
Of course there are some Brazilians men who do it and I believe it is way easier for Brazilian girls too.
But there are some guys in the video who are lying or getting any women they see in the clubs.
Again, as a Brazilian guy from Rio, I Do NOT follow this “culture” and most young men I know also do not do it.

Just to clarify. Most of them probably don't mean "friends with benefits" in the American sense of actually sleeping with friends. They mean they have someone who is not serious they hang out and kiss sometimes.
