Surgical Tubing Removed and Stapled Shut after ACL Surgery in Korea
"Pain is temporary, but the work is permanent."
On December 17th, I went under the knife at Bone Best Hospital in Wonju, South Korea, for my first knee surgery. In this video, I’m taking you inside the post-op room for the raw, unedited process of removing the surgical catheter tubing and seeing the staples for the first time after my ACL reconstruction surgery.
This is just the beginning. I have my second knee surgery scheduled for Christmas Day (Dec 25th) here in Wonju. After that, I’m heading to Tokyo, Japan, where the world-renowned Dr. Hiroyuki Sugaya will reconstruct my ruptured pectorals on January 23rd.
Most people would see three major surgeries in two months as a setback. I see it as a test. I am determined to go through the pain and the suffering necessary to get back to the top. My goal is to show you that no matter how broken you are physically, your will and FRAME must remain unshakable.

Surgery 2 (Dec 25): Left Knee Surgery – Wonju, S. Korea
Surgery 3 (Jan 23): Pectoral Reconstruction – Dr. Sugaya, Tokyo, Japan
