She may feel it was to get back at him, but it’s probably she feels better about herself when he’s not around.
She probably is the reason she is gaining. Could be depression.

  • @outsidethebox8406 says:

I understand what Stephan is saying but some men gain lots of weight & most women just learn to adapt and accept him for WHO he is, not what he looks like.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

Thank you for sharing, I appreciate your feedback 🙏

    • @shaunaebeach says:

Yes, but women are held to a higher standard to maintain “BEAUTY” and it sucks at times. Women can accept men for who they are, but men feel entitled, to me, when it comes to a woman’s appearance. You shouldn’t treat a woman like crap just because she gained weight. What if she was pregnant and gained that weight? Why can’t we not judge based off appearance or body type? It’s about the character.

    • @marciawade9101 says:

@@shaunaebeach Why do y’all ALWAYS make the excuse that “this is baby weight?”
Exercise DOES exist, you know, and men, for the most part, like in-shape women. It is what it is.
Besides, Stephan has already, on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, explained why this is, but, yet, you’re still trying to argue over what is is. 🤷
Stop always putting the onus on the man and do better as women, as you also have obligations to step up and be better.

    • @jayc5756 says:

Physical attraction is like 80% of our overall attraction in woman. So you do the math ma. You let yourself go….out goes that attraction he had for you ma. It is what it is. May be still love there, if it was developed already. But attraction…idk. Hmm. IJS

    • @jayc5756 says:

@@shaunaebeachNobody said treat a woman like crap.

And don’t get me started on women’s attraction. Women’s attraction is much more fickle than men’s.

All you need to do is be our physical type, and you got us with the attraction. Women…yalls depend on flipping yall switch up and down, nice shoes, smell good, make you laugh & not bored, etc…all mental stuff that we have to KEEP UP…in order to maintain high attraction. With us, all we want is for you to Try to look the same way we met you or close…thats it. Now you tell me which 1 is harder to do?? Cmon now.

  • @shawanahickman6952 says:

I’m comfortable not having sex right now it’s been some years now and I’m good with that

  • @robinchilds7492 says:

I have 3 children. The youngest was born with cerebral palsy and needed more attention than most children. My husband was no help at all and he even stopped coming home after work. It ruined the marriage.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

🙏 I hope he reaches the point of truly doing what is best.

    • @joyricherson4570 says:

It didn’t ruin your marriage your husband not holding true to his views ruined your marriage

    • @ImaniOldPage says:

      Sheesh. Thats hurtful.

    • @nezilemthembu9672 says:

A child with special needs will test any relationship. The beauty about that test is you get to see who you really married. What he/she is made from. Some men show up and others just disappear. I’m sorry to hear about your story. I was once there. Let’s just say, he is now sorry and single.

    • @robinchilds7492 says:

@@nezilemthembu9672 My ex is also sorry and somewhat single. He is living with a woman 20 years younger than him and they’re both miserable.

  • @Quianna says:

Ladies, stop giving them the leeway that they won’t give you. Cause at the end of the day, attraction is important to women, too, and I don’t want him gaining a bunch of weight either.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

Thank you for sharing, I appreciate that ❤️

    • @jayc5756 says:

Yeah, but physical attraction is like 80% of our overall attraction in women. Not so much with women.

    • @czhanell says:

      🗣️🗣️🗣️

    • @hiannahgus574 says:

I agree, women are visual creatures, too.

    • @czhanell says:

Yes we are visual also. We have to stop allowing society and myths to shape how we think, feel, move, conduct ourselves, etc. We’ve been programmed so long, especially from what was passed down to us. Our psyche is all discombobulated. We have to deprogram to reprogram ourselves in a healthy way. This relationship thing and what we want and expect/desire goes both ways. Stop asking for what you are not displaying or not willing to compromise and show in and with. No unhealthy balance.

  • @ChrisW1019 says:

Hi Stephan, how fast are men typically at evaluating a woman’s attractiveness besides outward beauty? How long typically do men take to assess a woman’s character, personality, moral values, etc. When looking for someone who is potential wife material?

    • @marciawade9101 says:

He’s already explained all of these things in this video. 🤷

    • @jayc5756 says:

Physical attraction is what pulls us to you ma. So you have to be our physical type 1st. Then once that happens, we holla….and we get to know you, vet you, etc.

Remember, the physical attraction is about 80% of men’s overall attraction. Not so much with ladies.

  • @czhanell says:

You have to be what you are expecting from someone else. You shouldn’t expect someone to execute and be what you expect and you’re not fulfilling that for yourself to attract and keep the other party. It’s transactional on both ends.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

Thank you for sharing, I appreciate your feedback 🙏

    • @marciawade9101 says:

      Amen to THAT! 👍
These females always want the man to step up, but don’t feel they have to JUST BECAUSE they’re females. 🤷
EVERYONE of us has a responsibility to step up, be accountable and, in turn, do better and not keep making excuses as to WHY we don’t have to do something.

  • @diane7102 says:

Ending up watching this with one eye open coz a little tipsy yet to fall asleep lol. Funny takeaways: abstain, heal, and the right one will come. Love this 🎉❤

  • @livefromtheground7274 says:

4:37 I agree! Although my hubby loved my hair short long loc etc. He did not care😂. That scorpio man. Lol😂.

  • @Rose-fe9jc says:

Classic! Just Classic, how you did this interview Stephan. Loved the way you addressed the counter arguments/extremes thrown at you. Your responses, as expected, were mature, practical and wise. Keep up the great work sir.

  • @bnb0510 says:

I saw that episode of housewives and I personally agree with her decision. The man wants another kid yet has very little to do with their current children. Absurd to even consider! 🙄

  • @TyReaLiTy says:

    Great conversation!👌 💯✨️

  • @CosMo0128 says:

😂 she had him on his toes

  • @SpreadthelovePK says:

I love you Stephen ..bought your book… but SHE had a point

This was good content because it was a great conversation to be had that goes to be a deeper level. I disagree with Stephan on this one. Sorry I said it. You teach us to be our own, but you have to be a certain way. Great. To a woman AND a man – the end lesson here is be your 100 percent self while you work on yourself because BABY you will not tolerate someone to tell you how you should be. If you know truly to your heart what you can bring to the table, 👋🏼don’t waste my time.

  • @Yumicpcake says:

There are men like that too. Attraction is discriminating and always will be. If we love our partner, we should maintain the looks as is possible. Everyone gets old, but we have the ability to stay fit. If it’s something petty like hair color or length on women, show him the door. People get old, and hair gets so fragile it breaks and that’s why a woman may go for short hair. Cancer treatment makes hair fall out and we usually shave our heads temporarily until done with chemo. Most men go bald, how would they like it if we dumped them over going bald?

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

It definitely isn’t an easy situation, but the focus needs to be on doing what is truly best 🙏

  • @Cantthinkofwhatshouldgohere says:

I’m only 8 minutes and a lot of what she said is why so many black women (myself before I woke up) are unmarried and bitter.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate hearing from you ❤️

    • @prettybabessss says:

yes. the woman was unsufferable. barely let him get a word in and seemed like she always wanted to argue against what he was saying. FYI madame ugly and average men actually cheat too

  • @kimsugars1898 says:

A man I dated for little over a year was not happy when I lost 52 lbs. He preferred me more fluffy. He is a slim man himself and just prefers more of a thick woman. So everyone has their preferences on both ends of the spectrum.

    • @hiannahgus574 says:

It may also be that he didn’t want other men to be looking at you as a thinner woman, as it’s more competition for him , or that he prefers heavier women.

    • @MeetStephanSpeaks says:

Thank you for sharing your experience! Hopefully, it will help others learn from it. I appreciate that 🙏

  • @Keana43 says:

So if I get into a car crash and I lose a limb he’s gonna leave?. Are you here for love or lust?

  • @krystynabrusch6877 says:

Yes, Stephan! It is the man who makes the body attractive not the other way around. Connection.

  • @bubblerandhawa2295 says:
